Jason Crandell is a natural teacher and author with more than 15 years of experience. This Hatha practice reaches all the ignored, stuck spots in your body leaving you feeling refreshed, open, and grounded. Move through lots of hip, shoulder, and side body openers in a seated sequence then Low Lunge Salutations peaking with variations in Wide Squat and Headstand. Complete your release in Savasana.
