No i'm not a holder. I'm just watching on the sidelines; currently the prices are being determined by theoretical valuations against the main shares. I'll wait until the rights become shares and decide then. But there isn't any hurry..

I'm not sure about that if they got themselves into this position in the first place.

Having said that it could be a chance to snap up a relative bargain

The chances of Nuplex being a well run company with good management are very slim.

They certainly did not take due care to not create the debt and currency issues in the first place. They will most likely be back at the end of the year for more money.

I can not remember the last time I saw a successful company that did a rather large reverse split (consolidation), and go on to make shareholders lots of money.

SB, management maintain they will book quite a healthy profit for the next year and that rather than bad management, they have argued that it was a cashflow problem because of the credit crises that got them in the shite (I would argue that they should have seen it coming and done something sooner to reorganise their debt.) and otherwise the company is in a strong position.
